You should be able to order the camera from walmart.com and have it ready for pickup at ANY Wal-Mart store using the site to store delivery method. I don't believe you can order months in advance, however, so you would need to be sure the product is in stock before you order in October.

it does have a flash and the pic are pretty good I attached a pic with me review that my 3 year old took with his cam.

Yes you can load the pictures to your computer so you can edit and print or email them.
