No. The back barely covers my back and I'm 5'6". He would be too tall. As far as the seat width, it would probably be alright. But, without the massage, why bother!

No, the arms cannot be removed without losing the back, which is where the massager is.

it doesn't interfere with the computer.. but it might vibrate you so you can't concentrate on the screen. I would rather have it off...
