I seriously doubt the limit on this chair is 95lbs. If I had to guess, I would also say around 200-300lbs.

Question
how do I contact the manufacturer about parts
The arm/knob to adjust the tilt has broken internally, and it is locked in the upright position. How do I get replacement parts, the unit was a Christmas gift for Christmas of 2008. Seems fast for it to break.
