Is this adjustable?

Im curious, even though the age range is 2-5, how adjustable is this? Is it just the "telescoping" frame, or do handlebars/seat adjust? My daughter is 3.25yr old, never ridden a trike, (+ special needs so is "young" 4her age)but quite tall, w/long legs. I want something that'l last awhile...Also, does anyway have the optional "push-pole"? Is it worth buying?

I don't think it is very adjustable. The seat looks like it stays in place. Under the green cap on the handlebars there are bolts, not sure if you could raise them. I did not buy the push pole, but I am thinking about it. It would be easier than hunching over to push the trike while my 2 yr old is learning to pedal. My daughter is 3 ft tall and just reaches the pedals.

The label on the underside of the trike frame says "Made In China."

When I bought it, the handle was included. That isn't always so. I believe you can purchase it separately. If it doesn't say it is included, then it isn't.
