You have to screw dashboard on with 5 screws,there are also 2 handrails that go on easily that take a couple of screws to secure, and put all stickers on. The hardest part was installing the metal bar that secures the steering wheel to the front wheels, the directions say to go from the dash down to the wheels. I could not get it to fit this way instead I went from the wheels up and it was very simple.

apx 45 minutes. would be a good idea to get another battery if you are using with more then one child.

Enough room for 2 small passengers = 5 year old and 2 year old. One passsenger maybe 6-7 years max 120 lbs max and less than 4' tall or 2 smaller and younger max weight 100 lbs. Toy capable of more weight but only 2 passengers. Toy functions better and charge holds longer with less weight.
