On the Fisher-Price website, it states that the Fisher-Price Power Wheels Barbie KFX comes with a 12-Volt battery and charger. It also states that Walmart is the only place that sells the Fisher-Price Power Wheels Barbie KFX.

This item is on fisher price power wheels website. They state it's a 12 volt battery and is for ages 3 and up. Doesn't list weight restrictions. You can download instructions from there page so you might be able to find out by doing that.
