My scooter came with 10 amp hour batteries I changed it to 12 amp hour batteries for an 8 mile range approx 7.5 miles round trip to walmart without charging.

No headlight comes with this..this is a toy not a vehicle and should be used only for play and under supervision in a parking lot or a playgroud hard top ground surface.. If you have to have a head light u can try to go to a hardware store and find a light with a clip on it to put on the handle bars but as I said its a toy and meant as that no reflectors on it either so maybe ya might want to put on some of those too if u are using this product at night (which I dont recommend to use at night).

Its just like a motorcycle throttle,the more they turn the faster it goes.I was concerned about the speed @ first,but when my daughter got on it, it doesnt really move that fast.No there is no way to govern down the speed

Its made by RAZOR so I would just call them and order parts! they also have a website as well.
