answer 4
Absolutely you can mix them. I'm not sure of the different ingredients in Body Fortress Protein, but often times the whey protein mixes contain different amino acids which are the building blocks of protein. L-glutamine is an amino acid, thus putting it with protein should be just fine.

Should not be a problem mixing this with a protein drink. I use 1 tsp mixed in water an hour before and immediately after exercising and again right before sleeping and after waking on days that I exercise. Water is just more convenient for me and I'm trying to keep as hydrated as possible.

Glutamine has no flavor, but too much at one time in an unflavored liquid (water) will taste a little salty. I prefer orange juice or protein shakes. No change in taste at all.

Unflavored. Hardly any taste. Seems subtly sweet. I use 1 tsp an hour before and immediately after exercising and again right before sleeping and after waking on days that I exercise.

Approximately 63. Each serving only needs to be roughly a teaspoon. If you want to take more, then spread multiple servings out across the day. The body can only absorb so much at any one time.

For best results, take both. You still need a decent source of protein that provides multiple amino acids (protein shake, beef, chicken etc). L-Glutamine supercharges your recovery, and increases the amount of muscle you'll build in response to your workouts. While it's the main amino acid your muscles are comprised of, it's not the only amino acid present in your structural tissue.

Here's what the product label says, verbatim:
"Heavy training can take a toll on your muscles, and when you're training hard every day your body levels of Glutamine may be decreased. Hardcore lifters and athletes know that Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid during times of metabolic stress and that supplemental Glutamine helps maximize recovery. Glutamine is used as a cellular fuel. supports protein metabolism, and may help replenish muscle glycogen stores when combined with carbohydrates. Glutamine also promotes bicarbonate production, which can be important for buffering lactic acid produced during intense training."
