All of mine have so far (about 9 containers)
Anyway, just google a gram to tablespoon (or other unit of measure) converter to figure it out.
Real examples:
33g scoop size =
2.318 Tablespoons OR
6.955 teaspoons OR
0.144 cup (little bit more than half a quarter cup)

The 33g serving size is for the VANILLA flavored product.

Yes, it does. Take a large serving spoon and push it into the powder. You will feel the scoop below the surface and can lift it to the surface with the spoon. If this doesn't work for you(though it should) the size of a serving is 34 grams or 1.2 ounces.

Yes it should have come with a scoop! I found that it was approx equal to 1/4c. so you could use that measurement.

Yes, all protein tubs come with their own scoops, otherwise you wouldn't know how to measure it out (unless your a chef and have those measuring cups at your disposal). I'd take it back to the store and replace it for a new one. Someone slept on the job at the plant.

Yes! The protein grams are 52 but that's for 2 scoops which would be a HUGE shake. I make it with 4 ice cubes, 6 oz of water and 1 scoop of powder so I'm only getting 26 g of protein instead of 52 grams. That way I won't "bulk up" like a man.

Women don't need the amount of protein men do, unless you're really attempting to get muscular and big. You shouldn't bulk up if you keep active and working, but taking the full 52 grams of protein is for people who are trying to build mass. I'd just do the one scoop per serving if you're looking to tone. The body only needs about 20 grams of protein isolate to recover. All whey protein is safe for both male and female. Watch the fat burners though. Some can cause women to grow facial hair and such. That's where the catch is with some of the supplements out there.

yes, but it is a standard that soy protein is for women and whey is for men. If I were you I would find a soy protein, it caters to womens bodies better.

The normal scoop contains 33 or 34 grams of product. Look at the back label of the product and where it says "one scoop" it will list the number of grams of product per scoop. The number of grams of protein in a scoop is listed below with the "Amount per serving" information.

From a website: "Creatine is biosynthesized from arginine, methionine and glycine, three essential amino acids"
So, according to that and the product label we have:
Arginine: 453 mg
Methionine: 386 mg
Glycine: 344 mg
Total: 1183 mg or approx 1.2 grams of creatine per scoop

You may be able to find this out from the manufacturer. The actual amount of creatine is a small amount that is blended with Taurine, L-Glutamine,
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine to form a recovery aid.

Creatine is listed in the ingredients list, but no whee on the package does it provide the amount uielded per scoop. The same with Glutamine.

BUT neither of those two supplements were the reason I purchased a PROTEIN powder to provide for. If anything they are cherries - added benefits.

It can be mixed with a spoon but is easier in a shaker or a blender. I have been using various protein powders since the sixties and while the ease of use, taste and quality of performance have vastly improved, no protein powder that is " worth its salt" is 'easily mixed with a spoon...
