26 grams of protein in each scoop. I take a heaping scoop with 1 cup of 1% milk. It equals approx 40 grams of protein (milk and mix combined) and only 6% of your daily carb allowance.

No. It does contain a soy ingredient, though. 26 grams of protein per serving and a person would usually take two servings at once.

answer 7
I do not see Wheat listed anywhere on the container. It says it contains milk and soy ingredients. If your serving size is one scoop in 6-8 ounces of liquid, there is 26 grams of protein. If your serving size is 2 scoops [which is recommended for "serious athletes and bodybuilders (over 125 pounds)"..."immediately after exercise"], there is 52g of protein.

NO! Thank God! Put the water in the glass first, add the powder on top, stire well with a fork, and drink it down. If you don't get it stirred up enough, you may get a few little globs, but they actually taste good.

I put 1 - 2 scoops in a blender with about 6oz of skim milk, 8-10 ice cubes, a cup of coffee from my K-cup machine, and some more ice cold water. It makes a full blender. I drink the whole thing for breakfast since its mostly bulked up with water and its very filling. It tastes great.

Ive used the vanilla with coffee also. Good, but not as good.

Is this "hydrolyzed" whey powder?

I don't think so. I'm not seeing anything about it on the label.

answer 2
No this is not a "hydrolyzed" whey. This is a super whey complex. Like a combination of Whey concentrate and isolate with added creatine. Not sure how much though. I think its very small amounts. This doesn't absorb as fast as hydrolyzed whey does, but has both fast digesting and slow digesting proteins. Pretty good stuff for the price.

I wouldnt use this if your trying to lose alot of weight!! trust me in the last three years ive lost 160 pounds. the protien i used was called "leanpro6" its made by the company labrada and it definitely has more nutritional value and less carbs, calories, and fat. Once your at your goal weight i suggest switching to this protien because of the price!

Over a year ago Body Fortress changed the nutritional content label of the product. There was a change from 110 calories/serving to 130 calories/serving and some other changes. When I saw this I called the 800 number on the bottle and talked to a couple customer care reps.

They informed me that the nutritional content labels had initially been incorrect and the new 130 calorie labels were more correct.

I assume the discrepancies that you are seeing are due to this.
