These types are products are dissolved a lot better with a blender or a shaker. You want to make sure you break down the powder well enough to avoid a grainy feel in your teeth.

NO! Thank God! Put the water in the glass first, add the powder on top, stire well with a fork, and drink it down. If you don't get it stirred up enough, you may get a few little globs, but they actually taste good.

Is this "hydrolyzed" whey powder?

answer 1
I don't think so. I'm not seeing anything about it on the label.

By

answer 2
No this is not a "hydrolyzed" whey. This is a super whey complex. Like a combination of Whey concentrate and isolate with added creatine. Not sure how much though. I think its very small amounts. This doesn't absorb as fast as hydrolyzed whey does, but has both fast digesting and slow digesting proteins. Pretty good stuff for the price.

It has creatine which is naturally occuring in all meat. I honestly have no idea if it's synthetic creatine or if it's been derived from an animal. The amino acids it has are the same way. Could be synthetic or could be animal derived. I would guess it's all synthetic, but I have no clear answer for you. If you want a 100% beef protein powder, try Carnivor.

Hi,
I (am a female) and have been using this product for several years on a daily basis. The container weight is 2 pounds. I place 2 scoops of the powder, one scoop ice cream/calcium (for weight maintenance),one banana/potassium and milk/calcium. Blend and drink. Without the ice cream and banana tastes ok as well. I add the ice cream/calcium to keep weight on my body. Two scoops equals about 14 servings/days. One scoop equals about 28 servings/days. Great supplement for all and the best price at Walmart.
Run to this product........Best value in town.
Hope this helps.
