Is this product safe to use? Noticing that this product contains 20,000% daily value of B12. RDA guidance is about 2.0 mcg, while the product contains 1,200 mcg of B12. Could one be Vitamin B12 poisoned if he/she takes such high dosage of B12? If yes, what are the symptoms and side effects please? Thank you.

on Spring Valley Sublingual Liquid B Complex with B12 Vitamin Supplement, 2 fl oz
Perfectly safe to use as directed according to my family physician! It gives me a little boost of energy so I don't take it when I am going to bed! There are no side effects as far as I know.

The Reference Daily Intake (RDI) is the value established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in nutrition labeling. These guidelines were established based on the daily dietary intake level of a nutrient considered sufficient to meet the requirements of healthy individuals. However, the RDI is not defined or identified to describe safety or represent a safety limit for total or supplemental intake.
According to the Council For Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the Upper Limit (UL) set for vitamin B12 is 3000 mcg (3 mg) daily. Spring Valley B Complex Sublingual Vitamin B12 is within the Upper Limit for vitamin B12.
