you would want a 12 panel test or better, if you have ADHD(adderall, ect.) or opiate pain meds(hydrocodone, oxycodone, ect.) then it will test positive for Amphetamines/methamphetamines and Opiates/Heroin. if you want/need a more exact result buy a 12 panel or better test kit.

It completely depends on what the medication is. Look up it's "classification" online. If it is an opiate it will. A lot of the old school Rx pain relievers are narcotics so unless it's one of the newer ones that have come out in the past 20 years this test will most likely detect it. exp's of Rx opiates: anything w/ codeine, anything that begins with "oxy," percocet (it's oxycodone & tylenol).
It does NOT detect benzodiazepines iel most common anti-anxiety meds.
Almost all currently prescribed sleep aids are nonbenzodiazepine hypnotics but also NOT opiates so will NOT be found by this test.
Again just google your med to see if it is classified as an opiate b/c that would be the only category of the 4 covered by this test that could be prescribed.
(Since this test does not elaborate on what it detects in Methamphetamine it can not be determined if any of the rarely still prescribed amphetamine based drugs would be detected therefor it should NOT be used for that purpose.)
