yes it does. However the FM transmitter on the unit is very weak and doesn't work very well on cars with rear antenna. Lots of static and disturbance.

I havnt subscribed to the msn feature, but I just had weather alerts come up. It showed the counties that were under what warnings.I didnt see a radar but It might be there somewhere

nope you can not listen to FM through the unit. However you can play mp3s stored on an external SD card through the unit. The FM transmitter is really weak and does not work well on cars with rear-antenna's. Lot of static and disturbance.

I don't think the voice directions are through bluetooth. I'm not very GPS or phone savvy, it's my understanding the bluetooth is only for talking on the phone. There are voice directions through the GPS.

I don't think it can take voice-inputs for navigation commands, however once you pair your phone with it via the bluetooth, if your phone has voice-activated commands, you can use voice to dial phone numbers.
It doesn't get it right though, put that's my phone's issue. I have a Blackberry Pearl.

it shows up in a little box on the left hand bottom of the screen. if it doesn't show there touch the screen in the left hand bottom corner
