Yes its very easy have someone take a picture with a digital cam take them to the nearest digital printer where you can print pics in an hour have an associate help you with the correct size (make sure you take the sample card so it measures up perfect) and print as many as you need

To add your pictures you just upload them from your computer. I ordered my baby shower thank-you notes from this site, I had my belly and my husbands hands on the front of the card and the thank-you in the inside. They came out beautiful everyone talked about them, I was very happy and would do it again. The cards came in the mail all ready to go I gave them out to everyone as they left the shower.
