the 785T comes with builtin MSN that costs $50 a month. The FM transmitter is a separate cable/service for another price. I believe you only need one or the other - cannot use both at the same time.

The unit charges through you USB port.

The Nuvi 785T does have the ability to add maps (such as Europe), which can be purchased directly from the Garmin web site (https://buy.garmin.com/shop/buymaps.do), however, they range in price from $99.99 to $149.99, depending on which one suits your needs. I would recommend the Nuvi 775T, which comes preloaded with maps of Europe and is comparable to the Nuvi 785T, the main difference being that it does not offer voice recognition, which actually tends to slow down the unit's functioning speed.

The Nuvi 785T does NOT come with FM Lifetime Traffic, per the Walmart description, but the Nuvi 775T does include FM Lifetime Traffic. The Nuvi 785T does not include the needed FM receiver for this service, which would have to be purchased separately and would include a lifetime subscription to the service (cost of $119.99). Only units that are sold with the receiver preinstalled offer free FM Lifetime Traffic. Please refer below (at the bottom) to the information directly from Garmin's web site.

Regarding MSN Direct, after the three month free trial, you do have to pay to continue this service (http://www.msndirect.com/default.aspx), however, the receiver needed for this service is included in the Nuvi 785T, but this service will only be available until 2012, so be aware of this information.
