Yes, you can. I actually own this item and so does one of my friends. I like it but my friend disagrees. His freaked out on him and would shut off and not turn back on for a while, and would sometimes keep cd's from ejecting. but mine is just fine. Id say, just get it, its worth it.

I believe it probably would. my husband bought and old 83 truck to restore and it fit in that. He did have to buy a harness for the cd player, but we had to do that for my 2002 Toyota 4Runner when we put a stereo in it, it just depends on what size the factory stereo is, the harness cost about $5 at walmart.

Yes you can, you car actually put it in any vehical that already had a headunit in it. although you may have to make boxes for the speakers. I put it in my 1985 chevy elcamino.
