Yes-they are a pair and great value at that.
I am 5'5"" tall and these crutches are 1 slot next to the shortest adjustment for both the top fore arm and height. Would easily adjust to someone approximately 6' tall.

Good news! Yes, these come as a pair. The listing is confusing, and I did some research, and Drive Medical only sells them as 1 box with 2 crutches. As for height range, I wouldn't go shorter than 5'1, or taller than 5'10".

IDK the weight, but shipping weight divided by 2 for a pair of crutches doesn't equal actual weight of each crutch because the ship weight includes the weight of a large cardboard box and packing material.
