initial charge is 8 hours, and then they recommend charging it for 4 - 6 hours after each use. They say it runs for 8 miles, but I don't think so. Maybe 4. Probably no more than 2 hours of run time tops.

No you have to go to the Scooters Website and Register your Scooter. THere may be a fee for Shipping and Handling for parts if you need them

it does come with a battery pack that is underneath the footrest, and a charger. Both are included for the price.

Would not recommend for off road use. She did ride it on the lawn a few times but that's about it.

What should I do if the battery no longer holds a charge and the light is green but scooter won't move?

I would charge it for about 4 to 6 hrs and the light would show green that it has a full charge but It won't move. It immediately shows low power and nothing I do will make it power up and move. Is it the battery pack or the round thing on the side? If so, can I get a product number for both for replacement parts?

some times you have to pull the twist thing a couple times. even if it is on, moving or not, when the twist grip is pulled it cant read how much power is left only when you stop it works

Yes, it goes as good on grass/dirt as it does on concrete. Although, it does run the battery out a little more fast when u are riding on grass because of the scooters need to work harder. But other than that its GREAT!
