I have uploaded 5 videos to youtube using this camera.

When we put the batteries in, it ask you for the date and time.But it does not show on the screen when recording or taking picture,we haven't tried downloading it on the computer yet or develop any pictures to know if it shows up then or not.Not sure if this helps you or not.

I have never used the 1gb memory card that came with the camera. I purchased a 4gb card when I bought the camera, records 2 hours.

This works the same as all video cameras. You stop recording and then when you are ready to record again, you just start. It does not "rewind" to the beginning each time you start.

no it does not but most or all of the pocket cam's do not eitherm this is better in low light then most in my opnion, I have owned a flip, a vado and this by far is my new fav. hope that helps.

I would say a good rule of thumb with this is 1gb oer 60 mins if shooting in hq mode. it comes with 1gb internal and that will give you 60 mins, I added an 8 gig sd card and its giving me 8 hours (which I wil never need), so figure 5gb 5 hours.

yes you can, it comes with an av cable that connects to the t.v. so not only can you watch it on your t.v. but if you have a dvd burner you can burn right off the t.v or a vcr you can put your vids on vhs (main reason I got this one myself)
