you can fit two 5lbs weights and a clamp on each side for total weight of 20lbs. You can also fit two 10lbs weights and the clamp on each side for a total weight of 40lbs. but remember the machine is design to hold 300lbs. so if you weight more than 260lbs I do not recommend adding the extra 40lbs.

do not bother my knees, you do use your knees to kneal in the seat a lot.

answer 2
the AB coaster yes you can use it, cuz you do not put pressure on your knees if you use it correctly, all the pressure is in your abdomen, inorder to get the full work out.

answer 3
You're pretty much sitting on your knees and pulling your lower half up with your stomach muscles. So if you cannot sit on your knees for more than a few minutes it probably wouldn't work for you. It's not quite like sitting on your knees though as the arms help support the body as the stomach is pulling it up.

If you can kneel on a bed or soft surface, you can use this!

answer 5
My knees pop when I go up & down stairs & sometimes just hurt from not moving around, but it didn't seem to bother mine when I used it. Maybe because your ankles are at the end & your knees are up towards the front & could possibly hang over. You aren't using your knees you are using your muscles in the gut & your arms to pull.

There is no model info on it other than Ab Coaster and doesn't appear to be identical to either of those two. The Walmart version looks identical to the one on abcoaster . coms website. It has the steel roller bars like the PS500 not stainless steel; which the PS750 has (though the seat looks more like the PS750).

answer 5
Get the simple one that cost $248.00 if you are going to use it at home only, it is the same machine as the 500. The 500 model difference is the finish coat of paint. The 750 looks more for a commercial use for 3x the price

The flat round weights with the holes in the middle will probably fit. They have a round bar (abour 4") sticking out on each side to hold weights. I haven't tried yet, but you could always add weights to your ankles.

There are only 5 pieces to assemble. Yes, it is very easy to assemble. You will need a socket set though. They tool they give you slips as it is cut a mm too big. Having a Size 12, 13, 14 socket wrench will do the trick.
