You can call 800 544 1108 or send an email to consumer@djgusa.com. We will send the instructions. Please have the model number and manufacture date available when you call.
On the back of the stroller seat there is a plastic clip with a strap going thru it. Just squeeze the plastic clip and move it up the strap to make it more upright or pull the clip down the strap to recline.

is there support under the cloth seating?
Is the seat supported underneath by perhaps a plastic shelf or some such thing or is the cloth seat simply a sling type with no other seating support underneath? is the cloth seat removable for cleaning it?

The 01908’s seat is a sling style seat, but it has an extra independent sling that supports the bottom of the seat sling. The back of the seat is purely the seat itself supported by it’s own sling.
The seat fabric can be removed for washing.

I am assuming that you want to know if any Safety 1st Stroller will work with your IC035ADA car seat. If that is your question, yes as long as the stroller comes with and adapter bar and says that it can be used with a Designer 22 Infant Car Seat.
