It say's on the box 4m+. At 4m they can play with the toys but not actually move around in it. Even if they can't use it to walk with at that time, hold onto it till they can. Will save money later on

I have a walker that is made by graco which has a plastic seat and it has been torn. I wish to buy a replacement seat for a product like this one.

Replacement seat pads are available for this walker depending on the manufacture date on the walker.

You may actually have to go to the manufactures website and register the product there. you can also find replacement parts on their website as well. Since I do not know which specific walker you have i can't say for sure if Graco has replacements for it or not.

The baby can move around on their own with this walker. It does work best on tile but will work on carpet if it is not too plush.

It is possible for a baby to move around in this on their own. so long as the carpet is not to plush. If the carpet is too plush then no. the baby's weight alone makes the walker sink down into the carpet. Would be perfect on Berber carpet or something just a little bit thicker but nothing too plush.

I would recommend to try the child in the walker. Whether or not her feet will touch the ground depends on if she has a long torso or a short torso. Also keep in mind that the child's bottom should be in the seat and not the thighs. Sometimes children sit in the walker like it is a chair and too much of their leg is in the seat keeping their feet from touching the floor.

How do I fold and adjust it?

I bought this second hand from a co-worker, but she wasn't in this office when I picked it up. So I have no idea how to fold it or adjust the hieght. She either quit or got fired before I was able to make it into the office the next time to ask. If any one could help me it would be much appreciated because then we could take it with us whenever we went to my dad's. Which is an hour anyway. Thank you!

There is a knob under the tray. You will turn it clockwise to unlock the adjuster. You then press the height adjustment button with one hand and guide tray to closed position with other hand.
