The tablets are not designed to be chewable. The coating of the tablets are flavored but the inside is quite disturbing to the taste buds. Chewing these tablets is not recommended.

No, they aren't to my knowledge! But if taken with food and water, they'll be much easier to swallow. (:

Unfortunately, no. But they are not hard to swallow at all. If they are too big for you, you can break them in half and down them with water.

Medium sized; Just over half an inch in length

answer 2
Fairly large by my personal standards. If you were to lay one of the capsules on top of a penny, the ends would reach (or come very close to) the edges. Width wise they are no bigger than the size of your pinky nail.

They're decent sized for a vitamin, a little longer than my thumb nail. (My thumb nail isn't too long but it isn't short, either)
They aren't chewable, either.

They are about the size of a normal vitamin. For some, they might be considered slightly large. But they are not hard to swallow at all. If they are too big for you, you can break them in half and down them with water.

i can't think of something to give you the general idea... uhmm...maybe like 2-3 peas next to each other?

answer 3
These are geared toward teenagers, so the amounts of each vitamin/mineral are optimized for that group of people. If you are looking for vitamins for a child under 12/13, these may have too much of any nutrient, and depending on the nutrient a surplus can cause health issues! However, a doctor can counsel and give you the ok on these for your specific medical case.

There's no age limit, but it's really for teenaged females (girls 13-18). (:

answer 5
Well, I'm guessing that since the product is aimed towards teens, I believe that anyone between 13 and 19 can take them. I'm not really sure, and it's not located on the package, but that's my guess. It also may depend on how you develop--even though you may be between these ages, it may not work teh same on girls who develop faster or slower than others.

Not at all. The capsules are about the size of the diameter of a penny. They are smooth and easy enough to swallow if you don't tend to have trouble with larger pills and capsules.

answer 2
It only ensures that your developing child gets most of the daily values of certain vitamins and minerals in their diet. I would think that hair and nail growth is dependent on appropriate nutrition but I don't think these would help specifically with hair and nail growth. Perhaps discussing with your child's doctor would be best if there was a concern...

The box contains information that suggest that taking these multivitamins will promote healthy skin. The multivitamin contains Vitamins A and C, Copper, and Iron all supposedly linked to achieving healthy skin. The claims on the packaging have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

My simple answer is yes. From my own personal experience with these vitamins, you will put on a little extra weight.

answer 2
It's assumable that they will if you're eating a proper diet (1200 calories a day or more, because a female cannot consume less than that or she'll start suffering from malnutrition) and you're eating the proper amount of fats and oils to gain weight.
