YES!!!! AND you dont have to wear anything over it! you can put nursing pads in too and it holds them really well!

The large is 17" from the lowest part of the neck to the bottom. Since it has spandex it stretches about an inch from that length when I'm wearing it.

Is the upper breast exposed?
When you unclasp the hook, is there still some fabric over the top portion of the breast while nursing? Or, is the entire upper breast exposed while nursing?

The breast is completed exposed. When unhooked, the front part of the tank drops down with only an elastic material band left along the outside side of the breast. Very nice if you are wearing a nursing bra under the tank as it allows easy access to the bra.
