as long as its a memory stick duo memory card like from an old sony psp or any other sony electronic it should still work

a memory stick duo or memory stick duo pro, its not the same as a SD card so DONT get that one expecting it to work. (i did that because my last camara had SD card memory) Sony Products like the PSP and its Camaras all share the same memory cards, the Memory Stick Duo cards

you can press the zoom out button from in picture viewing mode and you can see mulitple pictures on the screen that you can either delete or edit..is that what you mean?

Yes, per the Sony website it has Accessory Terminal : Multi connector, Audio/Video Output(s) via Mutli-Use Connector, HD Output (1080i), USB Port(s) USB2.0 Hi-Speed. When I plug this into a USB port, the battery is charged and it powers my camera at the same time. Also the battery lasted all day, with me taking pictures and letting family view them on the screen. I purchased a second "backup" battery, just in case, and have not needed it yet.

No the internal memory that comes with the camera will hold 3-4 shots. You will need a memory card.

It does have smile detection. No idea if it's the same as the other person's. I haven't used it too much yet, but you can set how much of a smile you want it to detect before it snaps the picture. (A slight smile, some teeth in the smile, or a big smile).

yes it does it is located on the back of the camera on the button that says DISP, has the lighten rod for the flash and the flower. the symble on the bottome of that, the circle with the line through it is the timer switch.. click on the camera online and view the back side you will see it...

i hope i explained that right... lol.
