It depends. If you use unit the way it is set up, you only have 5 1/2" from the overflow tray to the dispenser. If you leave the overflow tray off & put unit on the edge of cabinet then you could have all the room you need.

If I only need hot water, I can turn on hot water power and turn off cold water power.
