Walmart has a good return policy, I'm sure you could return it if you didn't like it. I know I sure am going to return it, it leaked so bad.

Maybe like anywhere from 8 to 10lbs.. its it not very heavy.. the poles are the heaviest thing.. and being fiberglass, they aren't too bad.
