Not very good for this particular issue. Lag time as u call is so slow especially for taking pics of sm children or for the person taking it who isnt very patient like myself who also has 3 young children.

No it will not, I had a 2GB scandisk memory stick and it did not fit in the Cybershot. Sony is known for making things that are only compatiable with their products.
