No. Search Youtube and you'll find a lot of videos on how to make puff pastry dough.
You can roll out refrigerated crescent rolls, place fresh blueberries (not too many), then dust with 1/4 tsp powdered sugar. Fold as a triangle if you can, seal the edges, then bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
This will make you delicious blueberry tarts, but nothing that anyone would call a "turnover", because of the radical difference in the dough. It will be more like a biscuit than a pastry.
If you don't want what you're baking to come out flaky and fluffy, like a proper turnover, then use refrigerated crescent rolls.
Otherwise, there's no substitute for actual pastry dough, and you may have to make it yourself, because none of the several WalMart stores listed as having it in stock in my city actually carry it. They are not just out of stock, they don't even have any empty shelving where it used to be.
