answer 6
Just as WidowMother said. There are 2 hooks behind the fireplace - it needs to sit on those hooks to reach the button behind the fireplace to activate the firelights and crackling. Using your left hand to push against the back side of the house, use your right hand to push the fireplace UP and into the wall. It may take a few times till you hear that CLICK. Then it will all work perfectly by pushing the button on the front of the fireplace!

To get the fireplace to work - press it firmly against the back wall (comes loose in shipping)... To get the light to work, You MUST make sure it is lined up completely by pressing on the ceiling when installing. The shower floor is a little loose after installing so you need to press harder to trigger it. The timer triggers the oven. There is a button on top of the tub lights for that. Toilet there is a button on the toilet top. Fridge lights up when the door opens...

The furniture pictured on the box IS what you will find inside. I was however disappointed in the quality. Very light, thin plastic. Actually one of the chairs that came with ours was not molded properly and was broken before it ever made it out of the package. Very suprised that "Barbie" put their name on this product. Not at all worth the money.
