Just going by a map looks about 50 miles away. If you aren't in a valley, have trees hills, or buildings in your line of site to the transmission tower it might work. They use VHF so it has a little more coverage area then if it was UHF. Being VHF it will be using the rabbit ear part to receive. It will be towards the limit but is worth trying. You could give it a try and always return it. I have the standard Terk antenna and get my channels from 35-40 miles away but am on a hill so it helps.
