Its actually a great size car. my 2 year old sits at the tip of the seat so she has plenty of room to grow with it. Im 5'4 and I fit in it but squeezing my knees in, so a 5 year old should fit, just fine.

answer 6
It should be big enough. My three year old grandson has to sit on the edge of the seat to reach the accelerator pedal. It has room for two with a total weight limit of 130lbs. It says it's for kids up to age seven, but I guess you wouldn't be able to use it as long if your child is older and/or larger. My suggestion would be to go into a store and let your child try out something on display which has the same weight capacity.

Our 8 year old neighbor rides it (who is more than 50 lbs), but the car is much smaller than the picture portrays, Power Wheels are a little bigger because their doors open allowing for extra space. I wouldn't buy this car again.

THE WHEELS ARE PLASTIC BUT I ADDED A STRIP OF RUBBER AROUND EACH WHEEL FROM USING 1" BUNGEE CORDS AND GLUED THEM ON WITH GOOP GLUE. NOW THE CAR GOES LIKE CRAZY AND NO MORE SPINNING THE WHEELS.

They have to "crawl" into it. But there is a running board to step up on. I wouldn't purchase this car again, it was more expensive than the Escalade Power Wheels and much cheaper.

It drives great in the grass, a little slower. Needs a bit of a push on hills. Not very good on gravel. The door does not open.

answer 2
YES, BUT YOU SHOULD NOT INSTALL THE WHEELEE BARS IN THE REAR AS THEY WILL DRAG A LITTLE IN THE TALL GRASS AND SLOW THE CAR DOWN. ALSO, THE CAR HAS SO MUCH POWER, IT TENDS TO SPIN THE PLASTIC WHEELS ON PAVEMENT SO I ADDED 1" WIDE RUBBER BUNGE CORDS ENTIRLEY AROUND EACH WHEEL USING "GOOP GLUE" AND NOW THE CAR JUST GOES BETTER ON OR OFF ROAD.

I haven't seen it attempt any off road use. According to what I've seen though, I doubt that it would do well except on a fairly flat hard surface like pavement or well packed dirt.

No the back door doesn't open, we bought this car and after our son riding it once and complaining he didn't like it we took it back to the store. Its much smaller than the picture portrays. Plus off road it's terrible because it locks up.

window stickers appear as though light is hitting them to make it look as a glare or shine. decals are all individual so you do not need to apply them all. i left out the large mercedes benz name off the front and back window, also left off the front and rear side body decals, looks cleaner in my opinion.

THE CAR WILL RUN ABOUT 2 HOURS ON PAVEMENT AND ABOUT 1 HOUR IN THE GRASS. I BOUGHT A SPARE BATTERY FROM THE MANUFACTURER THAT FITS INTO THE BATTERY AREA. SO MY GRANDSON WEARS OUT DRIVING IT BEFORE THE BATTERIES.

It depends how long your riding it, but I'd say our lasted a few days of 30 minutes of continuous play sessions. Sadly, unlike the Power Wheels, you can't buy a "quick" charger battery. This car really wasn't worth the money!

Yes it's great in the low gear. The higher gear can trip the fuse easier and then needs 10 seconds to reset.

answer 4
Yes, but not well. It's designed to drive on pavement. The car barely moved through thick grass, but it should move much better through thinner grass. And I'm sure the battery would become depleted much faster driving in grass due to higher demands on the electric motors and subsequently the battery.
