Yes, the toys are removable and interchangeable with any of our Switcharoo Toys.

Thank you for your question. The Tea for Me ExerSaucer has lots of fun toys. They are not electronic. The spin barrel has beads in it that make noise when the baby plays with it.

Yes this collapses for storage very easily. The legs turn sideways so it lays flat, it's still quite big, but lays flat. The product itslef does not need batteries, but the teakettle toy plays music when the top is pushed so that requires (i believe) 2 double A's.

Yes the seat rotates a complete circle. The toys are removable, but they leave holes so there is not "flat space". The toys can be put in the dishwasher for disenfecting or switched out with other evenflo specific toys.
