answer 3
The tray doesn't "open" at all you just put your kid in with the tray where it is. You can take it off if you want to but you'd have to basically disassemble it like pop it off. It's meant to stay on though and really you don't need to take it off. It won't be hard to take it off if you need to for cleaning but I wouldn't keep taking it off for fear of wearing out the socket that holds it together. I would just wipe it down where it is to clean it.

I haven't tried removing the tray yet but I can tell you that it was quite hard putting it on in the first place. The stroller is also inclined so I wouldn't really recommend it for diaper changing.

You adjust it by loosening and tightening a strap on the back of it, so you can adjust it to any level that you want. It doesn't go totally flat, but it goes down far enough for a baby to sleep...my baby sleeps in it all the time.

answer 3
No, it sure doesn't! I learned the hard way, ordered it then found out! Another thing is it's made really cheap. The seat part is very hard and feels like just cardboard inside, it's also really slippery. To give it some credit, it's very easy to open and close and light enough for a granny with arthritis to handle! Shame it doesn't fully recline and made more sturdy.

answer 4
No it does not lay flat! I read the other review where it said that it does lay flat but it doesn't. My daughter is already 3 months and and I am going to keep this stroller even if it does have that slight incline. She can already hold her head a bit so it's no problem for her but I wouldn't recommend it for baby's younger than that.
