YES THE POUCHES REALLY DO GET IN THE WAY OF CLOSING UP THE STROLLER!!!!!! THEY GO ON THE BARS THAT FOLD UP WHEN CLOSING THE STROLLER. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY INCLUDED THE POUCHES/BAGS FOR THE SIDES. You adjust it by loosening and tightening a strap on the back of it, so you can adjust it to any level that you want. It doesn't go totally flat, but it goes down far enough for a baby to sleep...my baby sleeps in it all the time.

answer 3
The tray doesn't "open" at all you just put your kid in with the tray where it is. You can take it off if you want to but you'd have to basically disassemble it like pop it off. It's meant to stay on though and really you don't need to take it off. It won't be hard to take it off if you need to for cleaning but I wouldn't keep taking it off for fear of wearing out the socket that holds it together. I would just wipe it down where it is to clean it.

It's uncomfortable for a newborn since it doesn't recline all the way, the back is made of some cheap carton material which makes it uncomfortable for a baby that can't sit up. I bought it when I was pregnant but did not use it til my daughter was 5 mos old.

I actually have a preemie who's now finally 9pds. What I did is I had an insert I believe goes inside a car seat to make preemies fit better and I put that in the stroller just because my babies so tiny. So yes with the adjustable harnesses you can fit a newborn. I was also worried about that and she fits just fine

I've used it on my newborn. She is small for the seat but the hardness adjust to hold her in place. U want to use some head padding to hold her head in place to keep it from tilting. Other than that it works fine with newborns.

No, it sure doesn't! I learned the hard way, ordered it then found out! Another thing is it's made really cheap. The seat part is very hard and feels like just cardboard inside, it's also really slippery. To give it some credit, it's very easy to open and close and light enough for a granny with arthritis to handle! Shame it doesn't fully recline and made more sturdy.

No it does not lay flat! I read the other review where it said that it does lay flat but it doesn't. My daughter is already 3 months and and I am going to keep this stroller even if it does have that slight incline. She can already hold her head a bit so it's no problem for her but I wouldn't recommend it for baby's younger than that.

I don't know the diameter, but it's kind of small. It fits a playtex bottle, but I'm sure you could find a skinnier sippy cup. The other features and the price far outweigh the size of the sippy cup holder.

I don't know the diameter but it definitely holds a sippy cup and also held the child size drinks. The parent cup holders do not hold over-sized cups though - that was a problem with the souvenir cup we purchased. But it held her sippy cups and the toss away sippy cups. It also holds juice boxes though I didn't use that feature.
