Yes, it's pretty large and can accomodate a child up to about 45-50 lbs and up to about 6, no older.

I think she might be at the weight limit and wouldn't get to enjoy it for very long. Also, it might not move too fast, I would not recomment it for her. It's perfect for a child 3-5 yrs old.

It's a lightweight design, so if the grass has a lot of bumps and hills in it, it may not ride that great. But, my daughter was able to ride in our yard just fine, but enjoyed the sidewalk even more.
