The Presto Stainless Steel Electric Wok prepares healthy, delicious stir-fry meals quickly and easily. The wok's body and handles are made of luxuriuos stainless steel. The tempered glass cover also features a stainless steel rim and handle. Special aluminum-clad base provides fast and even high-temperature cooking. The Control Master heat control maintains cooking temperatures automatically and when removed the wok and cover are fully immersible and dishwasher safe.

**Revised answer*** It will hold 12 cups of food, but you can only fry up 2 cups at a time. Push food up and then fry the additional cups to desired amount.

Yes, there are recipes included. But using your imagination & "whatever you can find in the fridge" works pretty well, too! With the way this wok performs, you're sure not to be disappointed. I'm very pleased with mine.

No it is not a seasoned wok. The surface is stainless seal, which doesn't require it.
