The DVD player is buil into one screen and you get an extra screen with it - whatever is playing on one screen is playing on the other.

The DVD is loaded by releasing the lever at the top of the player which allows you to lift the screen and place the DVD inside.

It is a shared DVD player. You can only watch one DVD at a time.

It comes with a strap for each screen to strap it to the headrest.

I don't own this product, but the description says it has built it stereo speakers, so I would imagine you can get sound without headphones.

No. The dvd player is only in one of the screens. A cord connects the 2 to play on the second screen.
