No, it does not have a seatbelt. It is a quad that you ride on like a motorcycle. My son is 26 months old & rides it full speed on all kinds of terrain.

It has both. The foot pedal is low gear. If you hold the foot pedal, and twist the hand grip at the same time, that is high gear.

You press the pedal to make it go & use the right handle bar to turbo the speed & make it go faster.

Yes. It has a foot pedal. If you push the foot pedal, that is low gear. It goes about 2-3 mph. If you hold the foot pedal and twist the hand grip at the same time, it goes in high gear. That is approximately 5 mph.

They are both powered however they are on differential so if your rider gets stuck, one tire will spin and the other won't but my grandson found out quickly that if stuck, he can put it in reverse and get unstuck as fast as he got stuck.. hope this helps...

You'll have to contact the manufacturer for additional parts such as the wheels. We had to order an additional pedal, because we just know our son is going to break it.

That happened to us too. We contacted customer service, they had us test stuff and sent us new parts. We ended up just returning and buying a different brand. So happy we did (Peg Perego is what we ended up getting and it works great for my 4 and 6 yr olds - might be a little big for 3 yr olds though)

Make sure you Charge the Battery for a FULL 18+ hours if you did that be sure the connection at the battery is snug and also check the connection under the seat but under the handle bars. Hope this helps.
