it comes with a dance mat and the game, that's it. the nice thing is the box it comes in can be used to house the dance mat when not in use.

I haven't seen the game without the mat as of yet. Just wait a little bit they will sell it seperatly. It took them about a month after the original release date for the hottest party 2 version to start selling it without the mat.
