CAN it be done? Yes.
Should it be done? No.
The manufacturer of this alarm says in thier manual: DO NOT install the Remote Engine Starting System on MANUAL TRANSMISSION vehicles. If accidentally left
in gear the vehicle could become a self-propelled threat to life and property.

Question
will this work with a 2007 ford focus
I had alarm systems and automatic start systems priced on my car before. I was always told that because of the year my car was made in and the electronics systems that ford put in their vehicles that a normal system would not work and there would be an additional two hundred dollar charge to bypass the electronic locks. Would this really be a problem with my car?
