No, not in the USA, i take it your are not from here.
There is a 2 size difference on average. If you are women's 10 you should try Men's 8 to 8 1/2.

I am a woman size 10. I bought size 9 men's boots. They were too big. I took them back for 8 1/2.
I'm a female that uses male shoes ( that look unisex) because they are more comfortable to my wide feet. I use an 8 in women and buy all my men sneakers and sandals on this site in size 8 with a perfect fit. So I guess you can wear the same size, but take in consideration that this boots are wide width and if you have a narrow fit, they will be kind of big for you, but if you have wide feet like me, I think size 10 will fit you perfectly. Hope this helps. : ) By the way, I bought one pair for my boyfriend and this boots are very well made, worth every penny I spend and he loves them. They are terrific and at this price it is a steal, believe me.
