this game ships out around the world at 11/10/09, so yes you could... but if you want the game before the 10th of November of this year, then no. unless you have some connections with Infinity Ward (the people who made the game) that I am unaware of

No, The Night vision Goggles are actually fully working Goggles with different modules, of which you wear upon your head (They are real night vision goggles)
