I thought the game was suppose to come out on the 10th of november? if i pre order it then why will the soonest i will be getting it is the 16th?

The reason why you will recieve it the earliest of the 16th is because the shipping service to your area will require the 6 days for shipping. This also applies to the person who 'next day' shipped the item. The courier service that Wal-Mart.com uses will only be able to get the item to you within that amount of time. Site-to Store for this item will take the standard amount of shipping which is 7 to 10 Business days. IF Wal-Mart.com allows Site-to Store for this item.

not exactly i ordered the game with next day shipping and i will not recve it until the 16th according to the invoice so there is a delay in the release date and shipping date

Walmarts pre-orders don't ship until the release date...notice right next to the preorder button it says "Preorder this item today and it should ship on 11/10/2009" which is the release date of the game.

Will the Xbox edition work in Playstation 360?
I bought this and just picked it up from the store, but he has a PS360, not an Xbox. Will this still work, or do I have to return it? If so does Walmart carry the PS360 edition?

There is no such thing as a PS360. You either have a playstation 3 or a xbox 360. Walmart carries both versions.

there are missions where you can use night vision and also missions that incorporate thermal as well.

The Night vision goggles are not in-game items. They are real-life items that are packaged as 'swag' for enthusiasts to collect. Because Night vision googles amplify low level light, you will not be able to use them succesfully with the game. The screen will just blur out as a bright spot in the goggles. As far as what's been released there is no backwards compatibility with anything in Modern Warfare 2 to the original Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare or vice versa.

No not at this time. The only way to get the goggles is to buy the prestige edition. Now I'm sure that after the game comes out, that people will probably be selling the goggles by themselves on online auctions such as ebay.

Not from any retailer, your only luck getting the goggles by themselves is if someone who buys the Prestige Edition decides they don't want them and they sell them. And if someone were to sell them by themselves I'm sure it would be as much as the game itself on eBay, due to the fact that this is a limited edition set, so when it's sold out the price will get jacked up on auction sites.

Being that the game is M for Mature due to violence and blood... no the goggles are not designed to fit a child's head,they are slightly adjustable

This doesn't come with any controllers. You get the game, the Steelbook case, the concept art book, the stand, and the night vision goggles.

Save save save! I just ordered it at the end of OCT. But I am sure that you can get it the day it comes out. It will probably be a hot item so if you decide to wait till the last moment just make sure your in the store as soon as it gets released on Nov 10th at midnight!
