While it doesn't feel exactly like smoking it does produce a sensation that you can feel. The usual term for this is throat hit. The strength of the throat hit normally depends on the level of nictotine in the cartridge or "e-juice". The higher the nic content the higher the throat hit. I've had a fairly low level nic content juice before that was more or less like inhaling air and wasn't satisfying.

Personally, after vaping for about 6 months now and occassionally having cigarettes here and there, I much prefer the feeling of "vaping" to smoking.

Yes it is very much alike, but you have to take the drags a lot differently, Like many others you need to do your research online some to find what is going to fit your needs.
I would also recommend that you look at different types of "e-juice" online and find other flavors and ways of refilling your machine.

While I don't have any experience with this particular brand, I have been using electronic cigarettes for the last month.

The "filter tips" contain a tobacco flavored liquid that, when it is heated by the atomizer, produces a warm vapor that does feel like smoke when inhaled.

The taste is not identical to a cigarette because it doesn't have the 4,000 ingredients including tar and carcinogens contained in regular cigarettes. It is close enough that I was able to quit regular cigarettes the first time I picked one up.

I wasn't aware that Wal-Mart offered electronic cigarettes. I have recently started "vaping" a couple certain brands. They are very similar to regular cigarettes...the throat hit and exhale are hard to distinguish between electronic and regular cigs. Also, hundreds of flavors exist for electronic cigarettes...and the trick is finding the satisfying combo of flavor and nicotine content. I love mine and am very excited about my smoke-free future.

I have not tried this brand of electronic cigarette before but I have 2 other brands. I have been using an ecig since March of last year and I love it! Your answer is Yes, you can actually feel the vapor in your mouth and as it hits the back of your throat. And you will exhale vapor that gives the look of smoke. The liquid in the cartridges can vary the experience alot but you can buy e-liquid online to refill them with that might give you a better experience if you like.

Yes, you will see and feel the vapor when you inhale! This can be a great starter product to introduce you to the world of electronic cigarettes. I completely switched over to e-cigs in August 2009 and haven't looked back. Be sure to do some research on them online - because there is a bit of a learning curve - but you'll be happy you made the switch. I think it's great that Walmart is carrying these life-saving devices!

Short answer: Yes
Long answer:
Although I'm not familiar with this brand, I haven't had a conventional cigarette (or analog) in over 7 months, thanks to my electronic cigarette. The draw and vapor is very similar to the feeling from smoking, but there is a slight learning curve. If you decide to pick up the product, give it a couple of weeks before you give up on it, you will get used to the difference, your lungs, sense of smell and taste will thank you in the long AND SHORT term.

I have to add, if you're not already smoking conventional cigarettes, it would be absolutely absurd to start smoking electronic cigarettes. It is my opinion (not a doctor) that it's safer than smoking, but if I could turn back the clock, I never would have started 14 years ago.;

To a degree yes but it will never actually be a perfect replica. If you get a high quality one it can make it very easy to get off cigarettes. Alot of poeple have I couldnt tell you how high quality this particular model is though. If your actually interested though just google e-cig and look for some forums and webpages there is a lot of info out there.

Manual batteries have a button you have to push in when you want to take a drag off your e-cig. Automatic batteries are triggered automatically when you draw on the e-cig. I personally prefer the manual battery.

Automatic batteries activate when you draw on the e-cigarette. Manual batteries have a button which must be pushed in order to activate the battery.
