Absolutely, it doesn't take a lot of extensive exercise to see results.

drinking water and using the belt on top of regular exercise is a great way to lose belly fat fast. I use mine on a stair machine for 45 minutes every day, while drinking water, and after a couple of weeks I have seen amazing and noticeable results.

This plan will work great for losing weight, but you don't need to buy the waist trimmer belt. Waist trimmer belts make it look like you're losing extra water weight from your midsection, but all they actually do is prevent sweat from evaporating from that part of your skin.
However, you're definitely on the right track if weight loss is the goal. After about 20 minutes of working out at a moderate intensity, your body will run out of its reserves of carbohydrates, and start burning fat as fuel. Walking 30 minutes daily is a great way to achieve this. And strengthening exercises are important as well, because muscle burns more calories when you're at rest than does fat. So building muscle is a long-term investment.
Don't expect instant results, however. The claims you hear on TV are overexaggerated. A good goal is 1 lb a week. Since there are about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, this means using 500 fewer calories a day. Exercise will help, but honestly, making a few small changes to your diet will make a much bigger difference, as long as you keep them permanent. Cutting out just one soda a day, for instance, will mean 150 calories a day. In a year's time, that's 15 pounds!
I suggest visiting eatright.org for some sensible tips on losing weight. It's full of advice from Registered Dietitians. Education is empowering. Don't follow gimmicks like waist trimmer belts. I followed the plan above, and lost 75 pounds in a year and a half, and I feel great.

What type of drink are you drinking? It could be anything. But, for the most part, your better off using it at the gym rather than walking.
