I didnt see any directions either but my girlfriend goes to a golds gym and she asked a trainer. Apparently he told her its just while you work out. I put mine on as Im dressing for the gym and when I get home I take it off so total before and after the gym is like 30 minutes or so plus while im working out. I also wipe mine down with a damp wash cloth afterwards so it doesnt smell like gym "funk" afterwards!

You need to wear it snug when you workout.

just wear it as long as you are working out vigorously. If you are not pushing yourself you probably won't even get any extra sweat and it only sheds water weight, not tummy fat.

you can wear it as long as you want just probably nothing less that 20 minutes so you can feel it working. also if your doing an intense work out like turbo fire or even running it will make that workout even more intense especially if its a core workout. hope this answer was helpful.

I wear mine every time I work out a day, which is approximately 45 minutes a day.

First only wear it while working the muscle. If you're not going to exercise the stomach muscles, loose (flabby) skin could result in time. Especially so if after a baby.
I wear it the entire hour I work out. Situps/crunches are part of my routine, if they weren't I wouldn't wear it.

I was wearing mine 10 hours a day....without a problem. But have heard of people experiencing rashes, etc...from using it "too long" - so just wear it until it's no longer comfortable...
The way it works, you may notice irritation after wearing it long periods, since it keeps your body heat locked in....
Obviously, it goes without saying, if it's hurting you, causing rashes, or itching, take it off.

I wear mine until I notice that I am sweating A LOT! You don't want to keep it on too long because of sweat blisters but you should be able to tell when your ready for it to be off. Just me exercising in it for 15-30 minutes makes me sweat so much that I normally will take it off after that amount of time. It is up to you though.
