answer 3
You should mix the water with vinegar 50/50 at 12 coups , click the clean button, after it is done, you run one regular coffee cycle only with clean water, or more and it should be done, replace also the filter , you should clean it without the water filter installed and the light will get off, if it stay up it mean the appliance is still not clean enough so try to make the clean process again , if your line water is to hard it will get more often dirty, in this case I recommend to use more regular vinegar and never apple or wine vinegar and always replace the water filter that not only make your coffee taste better but also protect the appliance from getting dirty and early damage.

answer 4
With the machine plugged in but not in brew cycle, press the clean cycle for 3 seconds and it will begin the clean cycle. If you press the power button again or clean button again while in the clean cycle it will shut off clean cycle and turn off clean button.
If this doesn't work you can press: Press TSB and 1-4 button for 3 seconds. Err will appear in the display and the clean light will go out.
