The Wii Fit can only measure up to 330 lbs. Most regular scales do not go that high. You can use the balance board, since it can support weights up to 600 lbs according to Shigeru Miyamoto. The progress will not be recorded until a person's weight is below 330 lbs.

There are probably about 20 different exercises under the strength and yoga section. Then under balance and aerobics there are at least 10 different games on each. They are really fun.

You must have two boards to compete against each other, other wise you can change Mii's between each set, but it will only keep individual results if you do that.

There is no difference in the boards, only the software is different.

You get the Wii Fit Plus software (in a case with instructions), the balance board, batteries for the board, 4 caps to place in the corners to increase the amount of space between the board and the floor(in case you use it on carpet, it helps with accuracy) and instructions for the board

You can buy just the software if you already have the board, or you can buy the whole thing.
