from my experience, it has neither hurt nor helped my power bill. so basically, if you want it warmer in one particular room, put the heater in that room and turn it off upon exit.

Question
Where can I get parts or service for this product?
The heater was working just fine after I bought it, but after a few months, the unit stopped working. The thermostat keeps making strange noises and will not cycle the heater off and on.
