The USB Aircard will work, and in all honesty, this computer is overkill for Microsoft Word, Excel , Powerpoint , etc :) But it helps to have more memory in there such as an ideal 2GB of ram which it comes with , because presentations are becoming more higher quality which results in larger file sizes and higher memory requirements to display it.

I checked the emachines website and they said the following:

One 5.25" drive bay
One 3.5" internal drive bay

Both of them are full from the looks of things, you can only have one hard drive in there.

This eMachines dekstop comes pre-loaded with 2GB of physical memory. It has 2 DDR2 slots which can each hold a 2GB DDR2 memory stick. This is what gets it to 4GB of physical memory. If you want to use the 64 bit capability of the OS then a minimum of 4GB of memory is recommended. IF you want to be able to go to more than 4GB of memory you can look at the eMachines ET1331G-03W, which Walmart sells, that has 6GB of physical memory and is expandable to 8GB of physical memory.

The computer has 1 optical drive. I think it might sound like you like to do disc duplicating. You can purchase a external USB 2.0 DVD Burner and use the computer in this manner.
